What is my strap size (width/length)?
Strap Width (lugs/buckle)
Provide accurate lug width and buckle width measurements. The lug width refers to the distance between the lugs of your watch case, which varies depending on your watch model. The buckle width is measured from the inside area of the buckle. For example, if you select 26/24, it indicates a lug width of 26mm and a buckle width of 24mm.
Strap Length (Long part/Short part)
Furnish an accurate wrist-size measurement. Wrap a tape measure snugly around your wrist where you typically wear the watch, ensuring there are no gaps or looseness. Use this measurement to determine your kyRoS Strap size using the provided table:
Note the importance of thickness for a perfect fit. Our straps have different thicknesses compared to OEM Panerai straps. Refer to the provided table to find your kyRoS Strap size and avoid blindly selecting your OEM Panerai strap size.
Understand that the chosen strap size is a matter of personal preference. You may prefer a long or short tail on the strap, or you may opt for the buckle to be slightly off-center on the wrist.
What is the thickness of your straps?
Our straps can be customized to any thickness. Leather and Canvas series are typically crafted with approximately 4mm thickness, while our Historical series varies from 4mm to 5mm thickness.
What is the difference between the regular and vintage style holes?
Regular style holes offer more choices with short distances between holes, while vintage style holes have longer distances between them, providing a historical and iconic look.
Can I order a strap without a buckle?
Yes, you have the option to order any strap without a buckle.
Can I customize my strap (different stitching style, thread color, etc.)?
Every strap is customized to suit its owner's preferences. You can select your preferred stitching style, thread color, and more during the ordering process.

Delivery times vary based on your location. Express Courier delivery typically ranges from 1-3 working days for European Union countries and 3-5 working days for non-European Union countries.
How much is the shipping cost?
Courier express service is available for an extra fee, which is calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes for my order?
For orders delivered within the European Union, no duties or taxes apply. For orders delivered outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply, depending on your country's regulations.
You will incur a fee for processing the customs clearance papers, the amount of which varies by country and is the responsibility of the customer. For further details, please consult your local Fedex office before placing an order.

We cannot cancel or modify your order at that stage, and you will receive the products based on your initial specifications. What should I do if I received a wrong/faulty product or some parts of my order are missing?
If you suspect that you've received fewer products than ordered or faulty items, please review the products listed in the confirmation email you received upon completing your order. If discrepancies persist, please reach out to us via email ([email protected]). We cannot modify your order or accept returns for incorrectly ordered customized products. However, if you've received a faulty product, we will promptly replace it.
Are the colors and textures of the leather products accurately represented in the photographs?
We work with experienced professional photographers to ensure that our pictures closely resemble the real products and accurately depict their colors and textures. We take great care to select only the finest leather hides, resulting in each product being unique. However, it's important to note that differences in color may arise due to variations in display devices. Each monitor has its own settings and resolutions, which may result in colors appearing less vibrant. Therefore, while we strive for accuracy in our photography, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in color due to individual display settings.

What currencies can I use for payment?
We exclusively accept payments in EUR. To facilitate understanding, you can select EUR, USD, or GBP to view prices in your local currency. Upon selecting your preferred currency, we offer an approximate conversion. However, during checkout, all prices are converted back to EUR, and you will complete your payment in this currency. Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping them to our customers. If you wish to return your order after delivery, you may do so by informing us within 14 working days of receipt of delivery. However, customized products cannot be returned as they are made to order based on your personal choices.
What should I do if I received a faulty product?
If we determine that your product is indeed faulty, we will either replace it from our stock or issue you a refund, including any associated shipping costs. Please note that we can only accept returns for faulty products if you notify us on the same day you received your order. Products showing signs of wear and tear due to misuse will not be considered faulty.
