General Information

Yes, all straps are handmade using only premium leathers and traditional techniques. Each step of the manufacturing process is completely handmade and this makes every product that we make absolutely unique.
All the straps are handmade using only the highest quality leathers - using only premium hides from the best tanneries in Italy, France and the USA. Our philosophy is that the best quality of raw materials combined with a true leathercrafting passion can produce art.
We can make straps for any watch brand like Panerai, Rolex, Omega, Tudor, Iwc, JLC, Bell & Ross, Breitling, Chopard, Breguet, Blancpain, Cartier, Seiko, Anonimo, Ennebi, Oris, Apple Watch etc.

Order Procedure

1. Strap Width
I need an accurate lug width and buckle width measurement from you. The lug width is the distance between the lugs of your watch case and depends on the watch model that you have. The buckle width is the distance between the inside area of the buckle. For example if you choose 26/24, it means that the distance between the lugs of your watch case is 26mm and the width at the buckle is 24mm.



2. Strap Length (Long part/Short part)
I need an accurate wrist-size measurement from you. The best way to measure the size of your wrist is to place a simple ruler tape around the area where you wear the watch (not loose, not gaps). Take that measurement and use the table below to find your kyRoS Strap.



Please Note: The thickness is important for the strap to fit perfectly in your wrist. All my straps have different thicknesses than the OEM Panerai straps. Please use the table above to find your kyRoS Strap size and don't blindly choose your OEM Panerai strap size.



Of course the strap size that you choose is a personal preference because maybe you prefer it with long/short tail or/and the buckle to be a little off the center on wrist.
I can create your strap in any thickness. Usually I create the Leather and Canvas series with approximately 4mm thickness. I create my DNA series with approximately 4mm thickness at the long part of the strap and 5mm to 4mm thickness at the short part of the strap.
Regular style holes have short distance between the holes. This type provides more choices and makes it ideal to find the perfect fit.
Vintage style holes have long distance between the holes. This type is historical and iconic but you can choose only one of the holes.
Yes. You can order any strap without buckle.
Every strap is customized to its individual owner. During the selection of options on the strap page you can select the stitching style, thread colour etc that you prefer.
I don't have any straps in stock. All my straps are created upon order. Every strap is customized to its individual owner.

Shipping and Delivery

Yes, we ship worldwide.
We are based and ship all packages from Europe(EU).
Once we ship out your order you will receive an email with all your tracking details. Then click on the “Track my Order” page and enter your tracking number.

Once an order is placed we need 1 to 3 business days to once to process it and ship it out. If you have ordered a customized product, we may need an extra days because of the extra manufacturing process. All straps are handmade and are created after your order. It takes about 10 - 12 days to prepare a strap and ship it.
We do not mail out goods on weekends.

Free worldwide shipping on all orders above €50 processed via registered mail.
The shipping cost for orders below €50 is €8.

You have the option for courier service (DHL EXPRESS) but there will be extra costs calculated automatically at checkout based on the product’s weight and delivery destination.
Please be patient. You need to wait for the maximum amount of days per your country's postal system for the products to arrive. In any case, each package entering your country is of your's country's postal system responsibility. If there is a delay in receiving your package you should check with your post office.
EU Countries
Orders delivered within the European Union are free of duty and taxes.

Non-EU Countries
Registered Airmail: Some orders delivered outside the European Union may be subjected to customs duties or taxes. These are charged once your order arrives in your country by your local customs and varies for each country. For more info please consult your local post office prior to placing an order.
DHL Express: If you choose delivery via DHL Express you will be charged a fee for processing the customs clearance papers. This fee varies per country and it is the responsibility of the customer. For more info please consult your local DHL office prior to placing an order.

We are Not responsible:
  • We are not responsible for any duty fees associated with customs when your order arrives in your country.
  • We are not responsible for any delivery delays or others issues associated with your country’s customs offices.
If thats the case, your parcel will be returned to us without the possibility of issuing you a refund. If despite all that you still want your order, we will send it again as soon as we receive it.
We can ship to PO BOXes only if you choose registered post as your delivery method and not DHL courier. We recommend to put down your work address or home address so you can sign for delivery.

Order Information & Issues

Get in touch with us via email ([email protected]) as soon as possible you place your order. Only then we might be able to make any changes or cancel your order. This is not possible with customized products if processing of the order has already been started based on your personalized choices. For this reason please make sure you are positive about your personalized choices when placing an order.
If you have requested for a change in any of the customized products such as, a thread colour change or size and the processing of the order has started , we regret to inform you that its not possible to make any changes at all. We can neither do any changes nor cancel your order at this point and for this reason you received the products of your initial order. For this exact reason you should be very certain you are picking out the correct choices for your personalized products.
In this case, please double check all the products ordered in the confirmation email you received upon completing your order. If you still think you have a valid case for thinking of having received less products than what you ordered or faulty products, you can email us ([email protected]). We can neither change your order nor accept a return for incorrectly ordered customized products.

If you have received a faulty product we will replace it .
We have partnerships with professional photographers with a lot of experience and we try our best our pictures to look as close to reality as possible and for the colours and texture to match the real product. We only choose the best leather hides and this is why each leather product is unique different. We can not be held responsible for any colour differences due to your display device because each monitor has different settings and resolutions and maybe it displays colours less vibrant.

Payments & Currencies

We accept the following payment methods:

1. PayPal
We accept payments via PayPal.

2. Credit Cards via PayPal
We accept payments by all major credit cards via PayPal. When you are ready to pay for your order you will be re-directed to PayPal's website. Click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit/debit card.

3. We are accept most major Credit or Debit cards.
Please note that we can only trade and issue invoices in Euros. Your credit card company or bank may make a small commission charge for converting your local currency to Euros.
Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery as a payment method. All orders have to been paid in full at the time of ordering and before shipping them out.
We only accept payments in EUR. To make it easier to understand each price in your local currency you can click either on EUR , USD or GBP. Upon selection of the preferred currency we provide you with an approximate conversion. When completing an order all prices are then converted back to EUR and you pay in this currency. Please note your transaction will be subject to the Current Currency Conversion, which fluctuates daily, and your bank may charge you an International Transaction Fee.

Return & Refund

Get in touch with us via email ([email protected]) as soon as possible you place your order. Only then we might be able to make any changes or cancel your order before shipping it out. This is not possible with customized products if processing of the order has already been started based on your personalized choices. For this reason please make sure you are positive about your personalized choices when placing an order.
We always inspect our products prior to sending them out to our customers.

Should you wish to return your order following delivery you may do so by informing us within 14 working days of receipt of delivery. We ask you to let us know about this and to email us ([email protected]) with your order number saying you wish to return your goods. Customized products can not be returned because all bespoke products are custom made based on your personal choices.
If we have decided that your product is indeed faulty we will replace it from our stock or we will issue you a refund plus any shipping costs associated with your order. Pay attention: We can accept returned faulty products only if you notified us about this the same day you received your order. Products with wear and tear due to misuse will never be accepted as faulty.
